Mobile Broadband Technology
USB Modem:
The USB wireless broadband modem is suitable for both laptops and desktops. It offers the benefit of fixed or mobile broadband connectivity, with fast internet speeds of up to 1Mb/s. This wireless modem is supplied with an antenna to improve your signal. The USB modem does not require external power, so it can be used on a laptop in the event of a power failure. Price: GH¢ 139. Residential
The desktop wireless broadband modem provides fixed broadband connectivity and fast internet speeds of up to 2Mb/s. It has a connection to mains power, and can be connected through Ethernet or USB ports. The Desktop modem can be connected to a single computer or attached to a local area or wireless network for shared wireless broadband access between devices in the home or office.
